PROJECTS
DFS provided Expeditionary Logistics and Life Support Services for U.S. Navy forces that arrived to Colombia in the USNS COMFORT (T-AH-20). During the mission in Buenaventura Colombia, DFS provided significant logistical service that allowed members of the naval force of the United States and other staff, providing humanitarian aid in the urban and rural areas of Buenaventura and rural area of Juanchaco. DFS provided personnel transportation services, potable water, electrical generators, toilets and tools required to support the mission.
DFS provided support to the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Defense on major foreign assistance programs for Fixed and Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance, Operations and Training

DFS provided a total of sixty-eight (68) dedicated drivers to the contract, at least six (6) of which were qualified to drive oversize vehicles like the USMILGP cargo LAV truck. Drivers fulfill a variety of functions including, but not limited to the following
Program provided Maintenance and Logistics Training supports for 18 UH-60L and 7 UH-1H II (Huey II) aircraft for the Colombian Army.
DFS provides mentorship to Colombian Army personnel.
Courses include all aspects of UH-60 maintenance.
Primary focus is to ensure a system is in place to bring host nation personnel to U.S.
Army maintenance standards are executed in accordance with U.S. Army DA PAM 738-751.
DFS trains approximately 500 students a year at an average of $4,300 per student.
Program provides Maintenance and Training support for 20 OH-58 aircraft, simulator and Initial Entry Rotary Wing (IERW) training for the Colombian Air Force.
Primary focus is to provide IERW for Colombian military including the Colombian Army, Air Force, Navy and Police forces.
DFS provides a maintenance team, Standardization IP and Maintenance Test
Pilot/Maintenance Evaluator.
DFS subcontractor, Dynalantic, operates and maintains the UH-1H simulator.
DFS performs the daily maintenance on the UH-1H aircraft.
Average operational readiness rate has been 83%.
Program has trained 163 pilots to date.
